motor and chemical resistant impeller.

velocity norms and as per safe fume hood airflow
pattern.
11. Statically balanced motor blower Assembly
(Heavy Duty), 1440 rpm, 1⁄4 hp. Noise of the blower is less than 55 dBA & Very low
vibration, internally built in.
12. Sink with Water tap with drain arrangement – All are PP Materials.
13. 3 OR 4 NOS Service Valves – Water/Air/Nitrogen/Gas/Vacuum – remotely controlled
with internal and external inlet and outlet nozzles, colour coded – Completely PP Coated
14. Top removable panel for easy access to electrical fittings and easy removable fittings
placement for ease of access during service.
15. Level adjusting screws:- Made of SS Bolts to adjust the fume hood level by approx. +
10 mm
16. Exhaust Port:- Top/Side – Smooth exhaust without any turbulence , PVC L bent
supplied along with the machine for exhaust connection from the Lab

Optional Accessories:- Filtration Assembly: – i. Prefilter is made from Non-Woven Synthetic with HDPE mesh and Al expanded
mesh on air leaving side; conforms to EU – 4 / G-4 Grade, with the efficiency of
down to 10 microns. These filters can be cleaned by compressed air & also
washable.
ii. HEPA Filter is Mini pleat type, made from water-resistant, fire retardant,
imported micro-fine glass fiber media; conforms to EU – 14 Grade, with an
efficiency rating better than 99.999% for 0.3 μ. These filters are designed to
accommodate higher air flow volume.
