Transport breakage is not covered under warranty.
We offer a 10 years warranty on powder coating.
Any kind of mishandling or transport damage is not covered under warranty. We cover manufacturing defects only.
NO CREDIT – policy is applied on the above prices
Payment – 50% Advance and 50% before dispatch.
We can’t hold items in our warehouse more than 5 days in maximum for a booked order. After 5 days of material holding in warehouse material will be charged a penalty on a daily basis or will be passed to the next booked order. Any kind of delay in delivery due to the above situation we are not liable.
All the issues are under Kolkata jurisdiction only.
We don’t cover the Act of Gods.
