5.Front door: – Counter balanced weight with 5 mm toughened/tempered glass UV – protected to protect customer from any Exposure – complete transparent along with base structure to hold the cabinet & ease of access
6. Air flow type: – Auto Bypass Type, Design- Aerodynamic
7. Baffle arrangement: – Interstitial 3-point suction system (for light, normal & heavy fumes) with baffle to ensure smooth and immediate exhaust of fumes. Baffle with Additional holes for better suction. Plenums are designed and adjusted ergonomically.
8. Front SS -304, Hand rest/Air foil with suction point below & Door top suction point.
9. Centrifugal Blower: Silent high efficiency remote blower, consisting of continuous rating motor and chemical resistant impeller.
10. Air Suction Capacity: 800-1000 CFM confirming to international (0.5mtr/sec) face velocity norms and as per safe fume hood airflow pattern.
11. Statically balanced motor blower Assembly (Heavy Duty), 1440 rpm, ¼ hp.
12. Sink with Water tap with drain arrangement – All are PP Materials.
13.3 OR 4 NOS Service Valves – Water/Air/Nitrogen/Gas/Vacuum – remotely controlled with internal and external inlet and outlet nozzles, color coded – Completely PP Coated
